Q) Can I design my own teamwear?

A) You sure can! Please reach out to us to learn about the unlimited design opportunities available to you. 

Q) Can my club have our own online store?

A) Yes, all clubs who join the Deploy family will be given access to our online platform where we will build your club store. On the store, your members and supporters will be able to purchase your clubs merchandise. 

Q) Do you deliver?

A) Yes we offer shipping globally. 

Q) Where are you located?

A) We are based in Taren Point, Sydney. We do have a showroom where you can come and test your products before purchasing. 

 

Q) What payment options do you offer?

A)  We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also offer After Pay, Zip Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

 

Q) What is the status of my order?

A) Once your order has been placed, you'll receive and automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive and automatic tracking link from our shipping partners. Once your order is with our shipping partners, all enquiries should be lodged with the relevant courier. 

Q) My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?

A) Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once shipped.

 

Q) How long does delivery take?

A) Once your items have been manufactured, your items will be ready for shipping. Orders are despatched from our Warehouse in Sydney, NSW. We aim to process this within 1 working day and once booked out for delivery, your order can take around 2-4 working days with Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide Metro areas. Perth and Adelaide exception of shipping around 3-5 days working days. This also depends on the Shipping method you choose at checkout! We at Deploy also have no control over any delays caused by our courier partners.

Q) Where do you ship to?

A) We ship globally.

Q) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A) We can only ship to PO Boxes for smaller items. Unfortunately for big and bulkier items this is not possible.

Q) How do I track my order?

A) We will send you a tracking number and link once order has been booked for despatch.
